This 23+ year old residential home's Air Conditioning Condenser unit failed just at the start of summer along with their furnace which gave out this last winter. Following a full inspection, we gave the homeower some solutions and options, as they decided to move forward with a full system upgrade; removing all old ducting and installing all new high-efficiency ducting to compliment their new state-of-the-art air conditioning & furnace heater systems.
